David Gianadda grew up on the east side of Buffalo, New York and now lives with his wife, the photographer, Emily Stoker, and their dog, in Dallas, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fordham University and a Masters Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Creative Writing from Southern Methodist University. His short stories, poetry, and copy have been published in Chickpea Magazine, The Midwest Quarterly, ArtVoice, New World Writing, Eyeshot, Opium Magazine, Surgery of Modern Warfare, and the Red River Review.
